so messed up

Many times a day, my mind runs off the course.
Unless you are in my shoes: it is not easy to focus.
蠻痛苦的; don't know how much longer I can bear with this.
And I am not talking about insomnia which I
consider minor (still quite bad), comparatively.

I am dying here (not literally;
MD/GP said that I am mostly fine).
